VET in Schools Programs Application Process

There are three basic steps in the application process for VET in Schools Programs.

Step 1:
Contact your secondary college VET Coordinator for specific information regarding your college’s application process. Your VET Coordinator and/or staff from your secondary college will assist you with planning for your VCE or VCAL certificate and will advise you where a VET Program fits within this plan. They will also give you information about travel arrangements and any costs associated with VET Programs.

Step3:

During November you will be advised whether your application for a particular VET Program has been successful. If your application is unsuccessful you should contact your secondary college VET Coordinator immediately to discuss your options and alternative courses of action.

Please note:
Students who are successful in applying for a VET Program at Brougham will receive an official letter providing them with details of the date, time, location and process for completing their enrolment. Enrolment sessions are normally held in the second of week of December.

It is ESSENTIAL that students attend this session and complete their enrolment to guarantee their place in their VET Program. Parents may also wish to attend and are most welcome.
