Core Skills: Brougham’s delivery of this Certificate will focus on the following:

• Drawing (including Life Drawing)
• Painting
• Prints (Etching, solar plate printing)
• Photoimaging (Traditional film photography & Digital imaging)
• Exhibitions

In this workbased training, learning is linked to tasks.  Within the simulated workplace of the artist, participants will have the opportunity to gain valuable generic skills. Generic life skills to be gained include:

• Foundations in Business Practice

• Health & Safety Planning

Visiting artists and excursions to galleries are incorporated into the teaching program.
